They are both professional and extremely organised, all our bookings with hotels and courtesy pick up from airports and hotels and guides were excellent we had no bad experiences and I would like to say that Ibrahim was always responsive to all our questions and concerns and would keep us updated if there were any changes and his communications were excellent.
