Ozden was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable of history and sites. He was very honest in providing guidance, genuine, funny and trustable. He was also very flexible to adapt the tour to our needs. I was traveling with my mum and an aunt, both elderly, who needed to take it easy and for which we needed to find easy and walkable paths. He made his best to find us the best ways through the city. Even after we finished our scheduled days with him he wrote daily to check on us and help us with scheduling of shows, taxis, etc. he also directed us to excellent restaurants and reputable vendors. We left with great memories and an excellent view of Istambul thanks to Ozden
